The PB-CLC2 outer shell itself is manufactured using a special Z-compound of various resins and balanced by a lightweight inner liner, which lowers the center of gravity. Comfort in the SZ-R VAS EVO is superior over long distances, thanks to internal contact points that cradle the rider's head evenly. The interior is also fully adjustable and designed for the use of glasses and speakers. Ventilation is provided by the same diffuser technology as the flagship race-spec RX-7V EVO, with an added aerodynamic stabilizer. The SZ-R VAS EVO comes with a Pinlock insert.
